Job Overview:

We are looking for an ambitious Business Development Sales Person to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing strategies to increase sales and revenue. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional to join a dynamic and growing organization.


Key Responsibilities:


Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, including Business owners, Property owners and real estate agents.

Identify new business opportunities through market research and analysis.

Implement sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability.

Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing.

Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and development, to ensure smooth project execution.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related experience preferred but not mandatory.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the real estate industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
